Metal Fabrication

Unmatched quality and craftsmanship
Artech Furniture has expanded its ability with the addition of a custom metal fabrication and ornamental iron working shop to further meet customer needs. We take pride in offering quality work that fits both form and function.
Fabrication at its best
We work with a variety of metals and alloys including, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. Our diverse ability enables our customers to achieve creative goals in the custom metal work industry. We can help design and create ornamental iron work for architectural finishes such as fences, gates, tables, or fixtures for interior decoration that will bring ordinary to extraordinary. We can also build frames and brackets for structural support, whether it be under a counter top, hidden inside an island, or hanging from a ceiling.

Artech Furniture can also take an existing product and modify it to enhance its looks or function.

Our metal workers produce pieces using a number of different techniques and finishes. Each of our manufacturing partners has a metalwork department that specialise in different areas.
Metal Workshop
Our metal workshop has a complete range of metalworking tools that allow for the custom metal fabrication of luxury metal furniture. We can produce bespoke furniture ranging from metal frames for barstools, tables, and also incorporate metal trims into mixed materiel pieces.

Our limitless range of luxury metal furniture finishes means we can match any control sample and produce a high quality finish every time. We mostly use metals such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, nickel, copper, and work with various formats from tubing to sheet metal.

Our metalworking lathes are designed for precisely machining hard materials, such as steel and brass, and allow for metal components to be produced with a high degree of accuracy. These lathe milling machine tools remove material from a rotating work piece via the linear movements of various cutting tools, such as tool bits and drill bits.
Our Process
Once a design drawing has been approved, we will then separate out the metal elements for a piece and produce a more detailed shop drawing which will be passed to the metal team to make. Once our skilled metal workers have completed the parts, and added the chosen finish, these metal elements are then assembled together with the other parts to create the final piece.

We are able to manufacture luxury metal furniture, that includes outdoor furniture, to exacting standards by using suitable outdoor metals such as stainless steel and aluminium.
